Project Overview:
- Airbus produces hundreds of aircraft per year, but the development cycle for a new airline can take up to a decade. Acubed, an innovation center by Airbus, looks for opportunities to lead digital transformation streamline the rigorous engineering process, and give time back to the engineers. Acubed looks at all stages of development, from first conception to final assembly line.
- Project 1 - Workflow abstraction service to better coordinate data transfer between individual engineering units. This comes together in an intuitive user interface where stress analysis engineers can view and edit workflow blocks providing confidence in data provenance and workflow replicability which in turn facilitates quality approval.

- Lead frontend development the Project 1 product line.

- OpenMRS 3.x (O3) is the modern facelift of the open-source electronic medical record system OpenMRS. O3's microfrontend architecture enables a plug & play framework for collaborative development of rich clinical features. The open-source community includes 8 international organizations and the product is being used at >6000 sites across 40 countries.
Activities:
- As the senior ambassador from my company I co-lead the international frontend squad in a wide range of capacities.
  - Plan and execute architectural improvements to the platform
  - Co-lead the frontend dev team calls, unblock, troubleshoot, and engage with community members on slack and our public forum, and lead a daily standup.
  - Define and drive new CICD and testing processes.

- I mentor a frontend fellow in her technical and professional journey at OpenMRS, as well as manage a frontend developer at Mekom.
- I'm directly responsible for new product SLAs from our clients at the International Red Cross (ICRC), as well as improving and stabilizing many other products across O3.
